Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DJRD Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operator of fba-profit.com (the "Site"), handles personal data. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Our privacy-first approach

The calculators on this Site run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into a calculator are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. What we collect

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of: your consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (e.g. keeping the Site secure and understanding aggregate usage); and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Cookies and tracking

At present this Site sets no non-essential cookies of its own — the calculators run in your browser and we do not currently run advertising or cookie-based analytics. If we introduce analytics or advertising in future, we will set those cookies only in line with your choices and update this Policy first. Affiliate partners (see below) may set their own cookies when you click an outbound affiliate link; that is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

5. Third parties we use

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected (for example, until you unsubscribe from emails) or as required by law.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on the Site. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

9. Your US privacy rights (California and other states)

Because we serve users in the United States, the following applies to residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and other US states with similar privacy laws. In the past 12 months we collect, at most, the limited categories described above (analytics/usage data, any email you submit, and technical/log data). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request access to or deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do not currently engage in either). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact DJRD Ltd using the details on the Site; we will verify and respond as required by law. If we ever begin using advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we will provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact DJRD Ltd via the contact details published on the Site.
